Parked Lanes
These lanes are not abandoned. They are paused so the factory proof can finish.
No work is currently active. If the project is explicitly reactivated, selected
work should stay in docs/NEXT.md or a scoped GitHub Issue unless a parked lane
directly unblocks that factory run.

- ANE/CoreML performance research.
- VLM work.
- Tier 5 exploratory research.
- Broad Mac app GUI polish.
- New PRD expansion.
Reopen Rule
Reopen a parked lane only when it directly answers one factory question:
- Can we prepare the right data?
- Can we post-train a better candidate?
- Can we evaluate it?
- Can we package it?
- Can we prove improvement in a report?
